Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sr. Manager for Service Marketing & Product Management to drive the global service growth strategy and commercial portfolio.

This remote, senior role partners with Product Management, R&D, Marketing, and Finance to accelerate revenue and profitability across installed base and new offerings. You will lead a global team, influence pricing strategies, and own the lifecycle of service offerings while collaborating across functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field and 10+ years' experience in service or related disciplines.
• 5+ years leading and developing employees in a global matrixed organization.
• Experience in service contracts, field service, technical support, and lifecycle services.
• Proven ability to drive commercial growth, pricing strategy, and market analysis.
• Experience leveraging CRM, BI, and data to inform decisions.
• Experience developing and commercializing service offerings, pricing, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Service, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global service growth strategy and commercial roadmap.
• Own global service commercial solutions portfolio, pricing, commercialization, lifecycle management.
• Lead Service participation in New Product Development (NPD) and LEx processes.
• Drive growth through service attachment, contract renewal, and installed base monetization.
• Lead service portfolio and commercial performance management with KPI governance and analytics.
