• MBA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the ISC operating model for the Dispensing value stream and serve as escalation point.
• Lead design and implementation of the product value stream to maximize customer value.
• Collaborate with BU Supply Chain, Platform Business Team and regional leaders on customer needs and go-to-market strategy.
• Co-develop end-to-end supply chain network architecture (source, make, deliver).
• Co-develop make-or-buy solutions and determine manufacturing capacity and automation needs.
• Recommend replenishment model and inventory strategy for the platform.
• Support design-for-manufacturing standards throughout development.
• Drive project milestones and sustainability initiatives across product lines.
