Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related scientific field (Advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical or regulated medical device manufacturing or technical services.
• Leadership experience in a technical organization or cross-functional governance.
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections or submissions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute site Technical Services strategy and roadmap aligning with product lifecycle, manufacturing, quality and compliance.
• Lead technology transfers, including assessments, transfer plans, training, validation support and post-transfer monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership for investigations, deviations, OOS, OOE, and trend events with data-driven root-cause analysis.
• Drive process optimization, validation, and continued process verification with risk management and continuous improvement.
