Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across general management, marketing, sales, business development, or related functions in healthcare/medical technology.
• Demonstrated success leading large, complex business with direct accountability for growth and profitability.
• Experience shaping portfolios, leading innovation pipelines, and making disciplined tradeoffs across growth, lifecycle investment, and business development.
• Global/matrix leadership experience across geographies and healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a differentiated global platform strategy aligned with enterprise priorities and market dynamics.
• Own the full P&L and resource-allocation agenda to drive revenue growth, margins, cash generation, and ROI.
• Shape portfolio strategy and roadmaps across the product lifecycle from development to end-of-life decisions.
• Drive market success by anticipating needs, enabling value-based pricing, and delivering differentiating value.
• Lead platform innovation and business development through disciplined strategic and financial judgment.
• Champion transformation and operational excellence to improve productivity and reliability while embedding patient safety and compliance.
