Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Software Test and Support Manager to lead QA and software testing initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and manage teams across global missions. The role emphasizes strategic direction with the Software Quality Director, stakeholder engagement, and developing engineers into skilled professionals.

The position requires extensive people management, strong knowledge of QA processes, and the ability to deliver customer-focused software

Qualifications

• BS in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in management within software support and quality assurance leveraging Agile/Scrum.
• 8+ years of experience in software test engineering and/or solution support.
• Ability to work with top customer accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience delivering and supporting business to business or business to customer software.
• Knowledge of software development, support, and testing processes.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise and lead cross-functional software testing and support teams.
• Lead multiple missions across the globe and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Drive interactions with Sr. Level Executives on critical initiatives.
• Develop team members into skilled test and support engineers.
• Leverage background in software support and testing with a customer-centric mindset.
