Job summary

Foundever is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and leaders, developing recruitment strategies and executing candidate sourcing and assessments. You will join a data- and quality-driven team, delivering a best-in-class experience to both internal stakeholders and candidates.

You will collaborate with regional HR and TA teams to negotiate offers, ensure competitive compensation, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for global roles, including senior leadership

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in seasoned recruiter role or similar.
• Experience in Executive Search, SaaS or tech-focused organisations.
• Proven track record of recruiting for senior leadership in technology/GTM.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment software.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with hiring managers and TA teams to understand global talent needs across GTM, technical and non-technical teams.
• Develops and executes recruitment strategies across channels (job boards, social media, networks, events).
• Proactively sources passive candidates and maintains a strong pipeline.
• Conducts resume screening, initial interviews, and reference checks for fit.
• Manages end-to-end recruitment and delivers a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborates with HR to negotiate and finalise offers with competitive packages.
• Uses ATS and metrics to drive data-driven recruitment decisions.
• Promotes internal mobility and employer branding.
