Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Partners is seeking a Sr Manager of Experienced Talent Acquisition to lead global experienced hiring across multiple departments and pillars. You will design sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and partner with senior leaders to drive cohesive processes and an exceptional candidate experience.

You will shape hiring decisions with data-driven insights, manage stakeholder relationships, and mentor junior recruiters in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in recruiting for professional services.
• Demonstrated success leading search execution.
• Proven success leading full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and geographies in a matrixed, global firm.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights.
• Skilled communicator with polished interpersonal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Deep understanding of equitable assessment practices and commitment to DE&I hiring strategies.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and stakeholder management skills; thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, CRM tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preference for our Boston or NY offices in a hybrid role (40% in office); open to remote for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of experienced recruiting within assigned consulting pillars.
• Lead the strategy and execution of experienced recruiting within assigned corporate departments.
• Partner with TA Senior Manager, Global Head of Talent Acquisition, and People Strategy Leadership to drive consistent, scalable processes across all corporate functions.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies that ensure diverse, top-caliber talent pipelines.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate journey that reflects our firm’s brand and values.
• Cultivate strong relationships with hiring leaders to deeply understand business needs and influence hiring decisions.
• Coach and develop junior recruiting team members, instilling best practices and operational excellence.
• Manage agency relationships and vendor partners where needed to broaden candidate reach.
