Job summary

Spire Global is seeking a Senior Global Recruiter to build leadership, commercial, and G&A teams across North America and international markets, driving executive search and full-cycle recruiting with a strategic, advisory approach.

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will shape hiring strategies, mentor hiring teams, and manage end-to-end searches from intake to offers, building durable pipelines and partnering with Compensation and HR to deliver top talent.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruitment or executive search experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple geographic regions, including North America.
• Strong professional network for engaging passive talent in commercial and G&A.
• Ability to manage searches end-to-end from intake to offer.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.
• Hybrid work setup in Tysons, VA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define search strategy and timelines.
• Lead executive, commercial, and G&A searches across regions.
• Source passive candidates using market intelligence and networking.
• Provide market insights to influence hiring decisions.
• Maintain relationships and pipelines for future demand.
• Ensure compliant and efficient hiring processes.
