Job summary

Reflow is seeking a Founding Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for technical and non-technical roles across the US, Europe, and Latin America. This is a hands-on position focused on high-quality talent, speed, and candidate experience in an early-stage environment.

You will own searches end-to-end, partner with hiring managers to define requirements, and run high-signal interview processes to uphold a strong talent bar while building scalable processes for a global team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record owning full-cycle hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience hiring for founding engineering positions at an early-stage startup or similar.
• Demonstrated success recruiting across US, Europe, and Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Own searches end-to-end from kickoff to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and success profiles.
• Run structured interviews to maintain a high talent bar.
• Build and maintain pipelines using outbound sourcing and referrals.
• Advise on market dynamics, compensation, and regional considerations.
