Responsibilities

• Recruit executive talent across GlobalFoundries using sourcing channels (LinkedIn, events, networks, executive search firms).
• Conduct talent mapping and cultivate relationships with potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, aligning interests with company needs.
• Develop and improve recruitment strategies and processes; optimize candidate experience and time-to-hire.
