Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Development role.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Master SHI’s value proposition to consistently exceed revenue and profit goals.
• Build and maintain strategic, trusted advisor relationships with current and new customers and partners.
• Engage in contract discussions and finalize agreements that benefit both the client and SHI.
• Work with pre and post-sales support teams to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved.
