Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Global Sales Sr. Account Executive to drive revenue by leveraging strategic relationships with existing and new customers.

You will manage high-level interactions, negotiations, and contract discussions while aligning sales strategies with customer objectives and market trends. Collaborate with support teams to meet customer needs, grow market share, and participate in industry engagements to raise SHI’s profile.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Development role.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and strategic accounts.
• Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Exceed revenue and profit goals by managing senior-level engagements with customers.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with current and new customers and partners.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions to mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Collaborate with pre/post-sales teams to ensure customer needs are met and growth is achieved.
• Represent SHI at local/regional industry events to increase market awareness.
