Job summary

Linde plc is seeking a Key Customer Quality Manager to oversee quality for a strategic semiconductor customer with a global footprint. The role supports new material qualifications and ongoing performance management across fabs in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration and customer-facing communication in Korean.

Location is remote with domestic and international travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and more than five (5+) years quality experience
• More than three (3+) years electronics industry experience are required
• And more than three (3+) years customer interfacing experience are required
• You are able to communicate professionally in Korean
• Preferential candidate will have project management experience
• Solves problems collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of quality for a single, key semiconductor customer with a global footprint
• Supports customer’s new material qualifications for new fabs in Germany, Arizona and Ohio
• Establishes, monitors, and reports key customer quality performance, improvement initiatives and project status
• Ensures Linde Electronics and Specialty Gases quality management practices and operational quality procedures are aligned with strategies and customer satisfaction
• Collaborates with Key Customer(s), Linde ES&G Quality and Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. stakeholders to maintain a quality program meeting requirements
• Responds to customer quality questionnaires, attends quality meetings, reports performance and actions to internal stakeholders
• Reviews and coordinates Key Customer Supplier Procedures and ensures timely containment and corrective actions
• Facilitates cross-functional investigations using quality tools and presents findings to customers as needed
• Ensures corrective actions from customer complaints are completed and effective
• Ensures recall/containment actions are considered and effective
• Performs quality training as necessary
• Assists in new product and metrology qualifications and product impurity reviews
• Leads and coordinates customer site/virtual audits and line walk preparation
• Ensures Change and Document Control meet customer expectations
• Manages Material Review Board requests and communicates decisions to Key Customers
• Champions continuous improvement as a change agent
