Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment is seeking a Key Customer Quality Manager to own the quality program for a major semiconductor customer with a global footprint. You will support material qualifications for new fabs across Germany, Arizona, and Ohio, monitor quality performance, and drive improvement initiatives to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of quality experience.
• 3+ years in electronics industry.
• 3+ years of customer interfacing experience.
• Ability to communicate in Korean.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Collaborative problem solving in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Own all quality aspects for a key semiconductor customer with a global footprint.
• Support customer’s material qualifications for new fabs in Germany, Arizona and Ohio.
• Establishes, monitors, and reports key customer quality performance and project status.
• Aligns Linde quality practices with customer expectations and strategies.
• Coordinate with internal and customer stakeholders to maintain a robust quality program.
• Respond to customer quality questionnaires and participate in meetings.
• Lead root-cause investigations and CAPA following complaints.
• Coordinate cross-functional investigations and present findings to customers.
• Ensure corrective actions are completed on time and effective.
• Champion continuous improvement and support audits.
