Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related major.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor technologies; lithography preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of total experience in chemical manufacturing, process engineering, or quality.

Responsibilities

• Global point of contact for customer sites; communicate critical needs to factory teams.
• Coordinate change notifications (PCN) and qualification plans with customers.
• Investigate and resolve customer quality and performance complaints.
• Analyze data, propose corrective actions, and obtain internal approvals as required.
• Lead audits and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
