Job summary

Petal & Pup is seeking a SEM Performance Lead to own search strategy across Australia and the United States, driving profitable customer acquisition and retention through data-driven remarketing initiatives.

You will lead strategy, execution, and reporting across Google Ads, Programmatic, and CTV, collaborating with Creative, Brand, and Marketing teams to scale performance and discover new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in SEM or performance marketing, ideally in fashion/retail/eCommerce.
• Strong track record of profitable Google Ads and paid search campaigns.
• Excellent data interpretation and action-oriented insights.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and optimization of Google Ads, Programmatic, and CTV campaigns.
• Drive profitable customer acquisition and effective remarketing to maximize LTV.
• Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPM, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
• Manage paid search budgets across Australia and the United States for efficient spend.
• Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and regional go‑to‑market plans.
• Collaborate with Creative/Brand teams to develop high-performing messaging and assets.
• Build audience strategies and support segmentation across channels.
• Deliver regular reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with platform reps to unlock opportunities and improve results.
• Stay ahead of trends in search marketing, automation, and AI.
