PMG is seeking an SEM Senior Lead to guide strategic and tactical search campaigns for major brands. You will oversee execution, optimize performance, and mentor a growing team using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Bing Ads.

You will define cross-channel strategies, drive ROI, and advocate for data-driven decisions. A strong leadership mindset and collaborative culture are essential at PMG.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of paid search experience.
• Advanced expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Bing Ads for scalable growth.
• Proficiency in campaign structuring, keyword expansion, audience targeting, and budget optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical execution and optimization of search programs to align with client goals and scalable growth.
• Coach and mentor junior team members on account management across platforms.
• Develop creative and messaging strategies that follow Google best practices and deliver results.
• Define strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and display networks per client objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance with cross-channel recommendations to maximize ROI.
• Motivate and lead PMG’s search team and foster collaboration and innovation.
• Drive adoption of Alli by integrating its capabilities into client accounts and offering product suggestions.
• Lead PMG-wide search training and department initiatives for team success.
• Integrate technical solutions to create custom strategies addressing client business challenges.
