PMG is seeking an SEM Lead to shape search marketing strategies and guide a high-performing team in Chicago. You will drive paid search initiatives across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on measurable results and client impact.

This role emphasizes collaboration with media, creative, and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns. You will own budgeting, reporting, and optimization efforts, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in paid search
• Proven track record with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Strong data analysis, budgeting, and reporting
• Experience with testing frameworks (A/B testing) and experimentation
• Expertise in keyword growth, bidding optimization, and audience segmentation
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and client communication

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and optimize search campaigns to meet client goals and budgets
• Lead implementation of paid search strategies and translate activity to business impact
• Create client reports with key metrics and insights to improve performance
• Analyze paid search data to drive strategic recommendations
• Manage relationships with search partners and ensure alignment on initiatives
• Plan and allocate monthly paid search budgets for campaigns
• Collaborate across channels to align paid search with broader marketing initiatives
• Drive adoption of Alli across internal teams to optimize paid search programs
• Stay informed on SEM trends and innovations and share with team
• Lead test-and-learn initiatives to continually improve strategies
• Mentor and train team members to foster growth
