Clever Digital Marketing is seeking an SEM Manager in the United States to oversee a client portfolio and scale our paid search operations. You will partner with the Sr.

SEM Manager to drive data-driven optimizations and profitable campaigns across Google, Bing, GDN, and YouTube. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in PPC performance marketing, manages budgets of $500,000+/mo, and communicates effectively in English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a PPC performance marketing role.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $500,000+.
• Advanced knowledge and in-depth experience with Google Ads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Sr. SEM Manager to help lead day-to-day campaign management, ensuring objectives are met through performance analysis and data-driven optimizations.
• Manage budget pacing to keep campaigns on target for monthly budgets and performance goals.
• Lead development and launch of campaigns across Google, Bing, GDN, and YouTube.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns and optimize underperforming ones.
• Use analytics to inform budget allocation and targeting strategies.
• Lead account audits to determine restructures, expansions, and optimizations.
• Monitor industry developments and best practices in paid search advertising.
• Provide guidance to Analysts and Coordinators to improve campaign outcomes.
• Create and implement robust A/B testing frameworks to optimize performance.
