Job summary

Pavion is a global leader in fire, security, and communications integration solutions. The Senior Project Manager leads technical execution, schedules, and subcontracting across multiple sites, ensuring safe, on‑time, on‑budget delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction and strong team collaboration.

Responsibilities include planning, risk management, progress reporting, and coordinating with engineering and service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or equivalent work experience or related curriculum
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, among others
• Excellent oral, written communication and customer service skills are essential
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to technical standards and goals
• Maintain project plans, specifications, and schedules
• Create and manage installation plans and procedures
• Monitor risks and keep scope, schedule, and budget intact
• Lead project team meetings and coordinate with engineering
• Ensure timely reporting and compliance with safety and quality standards
• Travel 80% as required by project assignments
