Job summary

Pavion is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our fire business unit, driving the design, installation, service, and maintenance of fire alarm systems, security, and communications solutions for diverse clients. You will lead multiple projects across sectors, coordinating with trades and ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.

The role demands 3–5 years in fire protection with project management experience, strong knowledge of NFPA standards, and effective communication with operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in the fire protection industry with project management responsibilities.
• Experience in managing fire alarm installations and submittal packages.
• Knowledge of NFPA and trade standards.
• Valid driver’s license or acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of multiple and simultaneous projects.
• Responsible for project execution and successful completion.
• Work with other construction trades to ensure projects stay within schedule.
• Communicate to operations manager all project status.
• Responsible for managing & procurement to ensure budget estimates.
