Job summary

Covestic Inc. is seeking a Project Specialist II to lead workflows within the regional physical security operations team and apply standard PM principles to manage projects.

You will act as SME for project management operations, support customer-facing and backend services, and drive planning, coordination, and communication with client management and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and high operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Specialist.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Asana.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned workflows and manage projects using industry-standard PM principles.
• Serve as SME in project management operations for regional security programs.
• Communicate status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Help plan, coordinate, and monitor requirements and priorities.
• Oversee documentation and alignment of standards and processes.
