Job summary

Covestic Inc. seeks an Applications Specialist to serve as the senior technical lead for security applications during new builds, expansions, and relocations from SGL through FDOB.

You will own end-to-end delivery, guiding a team’s daily activities and driving projects to timely completion while defining core security policies. You will lead cross-functional stakeholders, manage client expectations, and provide hands-on support for access control, video management, intercoms, and key management

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Security Systems Technology or related field.
• 2+ years in Lead, Supervisor, or Manager roles.
• Hands-on experience in mid-to-large enterprise environments (20+ sites).
• Direct project management experience and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities and drive projects to successful completion.
• Document and execute system changes; prioritize workload for team.
• Define and implement core security policies and documentation procedures.
• Provide system support across Access Control, Video Management, Intercoms, and Key Management.
• Coordinate with partner teams for network and Archibus information; ensure testing and commissioning align with schedules.
