Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in security, design or construction.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for site visits and audits.
• Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PSP or CPP strongly preferred.
• Experience with lease evaluation, space classification, and portfolio lifecycle decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security project management for office builds, including schedules, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate with design engineers, security integrators, and facilities teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee QA/QC, documentation, and handover to operations during project closeout.
• Drive security systems programming, testing, and validation across multiple sites.
• Develop playbooks and standards for coworking, M&A, and decommissioning programs.
