Job summary

Pavion is seeking a talented Project Manager to join its security business unit. This role focuses on planning, initiating, and delivering complex security systems projects across diverse clients, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage internal and external resources, and communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders while driving continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in project management, preferably security systems, construction, or tech integration.
• Experience managing multiple projects; on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiar with MS Project and Smartsheet.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA, ADA standards.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors.
• Maintain client and stakeholder communication throughout the project.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
• Manage budgets and control costs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
• Closeout: client sign-offs and post-project reviews.
