Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a seasoned security leader to design and manage enterprise-wide security programs. You will build and run the Global Security Operations Center, oversee physical security tech like access control and CCTV, and develop ISO 27001 aligned policies.

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and a global security team, and report to the VP of Global Security. This hybrid, full-time role requires travel and strong leadership across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of progressive corporate security experience.
• Expertise across crisis management, executive protection, investigations, guard force management, physical and event security, threat management, and global intelligence.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives, operate autonomously under pressure, and build effective partnerships across regions and functions.
• Experience leading small to mid-sized teams and managing capital and operating budgets, global vendors, and complex service procurements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise-wide global security programs.
• Build, operate, and continuously enhance the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
• Oversee global physical security technology and life-safety capabilities (access, CCTV, visitor management).
• Develop and maintain global security policies, standards, and controls (ISO 27001).
• Direct security incident and emergency response and timely reporting to senior leadership.
