Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Director of Global Security Programs to develop and execute the global physical security technology roadmap and the GSOC program.

Reporting to the VP of Global Security & Environmental Health & Safety, this role leads the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise security programs that protect employees, facilities, assets, and critical business operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, implementation, administration, and lifecycle management of enterprise security technologies and GSOC
• Lead global programs supporting: access control systems
• access management CCTV/video surveillance systems
• video management and analytics platforms
• badging administration
• visitor management systems
• intrusion detection and alarm monitoring systems
• emergency communication and mass notification platforms
• Drive standardization of security technologies across all sites and regions
• Lead system integrations with enterprise platforms including HR, facilities, and identity management systems
• Oversee major security technology projects, upgrades, migrations, and deployments
• Establish GSOC operating procedures, service standards, performance metrics, and escalation protocols
• Lead the development of a 24/7 monitoring and intelligence capability
• Manage travel risk management for all corporate travelers, including international
• Oversee incident intake, triage, escalation, and response coordination processes
