Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience. 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field preferred
• Experience governing enterprise physical security platforms (LenelS2 OnGuard, Genetec, Milestone) preferred
• Strategic leadership for GSOC, access control, CCTV and related technologies

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, implementation, administration, and lifecycle management of enterprise security technologies and GSOC
• Lead global programs supporting: access control systems; CCTV/video surveillance systems; badge administration; visitor management; intrusion detection and alarm monitoring
• Establish GSOC operating procedures, service standards, performance metrics, and escalation protocols
• Lead the development of a 24/7 monitoring and intelligence capability
• Oversee incident intake, triage, escalation, and response coordination processes
• Drive standardization of security technologies across all sites and regions
• Lead system integrations with HR, facilities, and identity management systems
