Job summary

Concentric, a global risk consultancy, is seeking a Security Operations Coordinator to manage client and vendor interactions, advise on security strategy, and oversee vendor relationships across multiple client portfolios. The role supports 24/7 GSOC operations and requires travel up to 10% to represent the company in meetings and conventions.

This position emphasizes strong client communication, coordination across internal teams, and administration of task oversight, onboarding, and invoicing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security, project management, business administration, or related degrees.
• 2+ years working in a client-focused work environment.
• Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage organization, client, and vendor relationships as identified and specified by the Director of Security Operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to oversee Concentric’s suite of physical security services for all client portfolios assigned to the coordinator (15-20 regular clients, other clients as assigned).
• Develop standard operating procedures and profiles for all assigned clients.
• Assess the security implications and needs of client requests, and advise appropriate security solutions given client preferences and history.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure required functions are met and develop Concentric’s overall strategy for each client.
• Receive client feedback and incorporate changes to client portfolios.
• Oversee vendor relationships, determine feasibility and rates, and manage onboarding paperwork.
• Maintain 24/7 on-call availability for emergency response and crisis intervention.
