Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Security Sales Specialist to architect go‑to‑market and drive pipeline across markets without dedicated coverage. You will also be the operations hub enabling the specialist organization, coordinating with Marketing, Sales Operations, Product, and delivery teams to keep a fast‑growing, globally distributed team aligned and effective.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry with a focus on business development and strategic partnerships.
• Proven success building and scaling partner-driven growth initiatives in a global environment.
• Experience driving scale in a global environment and managing partner/channel go-to-market programs.
• Data fluency and program-management discipline to run multiple workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to design sales incentive programs.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned quota for markets without dedicated coverage and generate pipeline through campaigns and programs.
• Own the data model signaling readiness for dedicated coverage and manage joint go-to-market programs with partners.
• Build direct executive relationships between Cohesity and customer security leadership.
• Serve as cross-functional connective tissue with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations.
• Maintain enablement and positioning library, scale repeatable plays and campaigns.
• Design and run internal sales incentives and manage territory data hygiene and reporting.
