Formación

• 8+ years of sales success, including 2+ years in commercial sales (security, fire, building automation or healthcare tech).
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute vertical or territory strategy aligned to company priorities and measure performance.
• Lead upselling and cross-selling of services across all accounts.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop top sales talent.
• Provide daily and weekly sales planning and motivation to the team.
• Coach key pursuits with pre-, in-, and post-meeting support.
• Drive continuous improvement and performance management.
• Support RFPs, proposals, pricing; ensure accuracy and profitability.
• Prepare monthly and annual sales forecasts.
