Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Global Scale Partner Marketing leader to drive strategy and build a high-performing team. You will manage a team of 6 + 15–20 contractors, shaping the operating model, partner journeys, and campaigns to accelerate demand and ROI across regions.

You’ll partner with global teams to deliver strategic initiatives, events, content, MDF incentives, and partner programs that strengthen Stripe’s ecosystem and fuel growth worldwide.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant B2B partner marketing experience.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience working as part of a global marketing team with execution across regions.
• Proven ability to influence and guide partner marketing leadership to align on objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience shaping value proposition and messaging framework.
• Demonstrated ability to measure ROI of marketing investments.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and operating model for the scale partner marketing organization.
• Lead partner communications, Stripe-led events & Partner Advisory Board, and content development.
• Build a global online and field event engine with a regional calendar and capacity model.
• Develop partner content aligned to campaign roadmap and ROI considerations.
• Design and manage MDF programs and incentives to drive growth.
• Manage and grow a high-performing partner marketing team across time zones.
• Establish rigorous measurement and learning practices across marketing engines.
