Job summary

Stripe, a financial infrastructure platform, is seeking an experienced Global Scale Partner Marketing leader to drive the strategy and organization for partner marketing worldwide. You will lead a global team of 6 and coordinate with 15-20 contracted coordinators to scale programs across partner types.

You will define operating models, develop campaigns, MDF designs, and partner journeys while measuring ROI and driving demand that strengthens Stripe’s partner ecosystem and expands revenue

Qualifications

15+ years of relevant B2B partner marketing experience.
5+ years of direct people management experience, leading teams of 5+.
Experience working in a global marketing team across regions.
Proven ability to influence marketing leadership to align on priorities and plans.
Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience shaping value proposition and messaging for partners.

Responsibilities

Set strategy and operating model for the scale partner marketing team.
Lead and develop a global team of partner marketers and coordinators.
Establish measurement practices to drive ROI and share insights.
