Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced marketer to lead Global Scale Partner Marketing. You will own the strategy and manage a global team of 6, with 15-20 contracted coordinators, and shape the operating model for partner marketing across regions.

You will build programs for partner communications, events, MDF incentives, and partner journeys, ensuring ROI and strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant B2B partner marketing experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience, including managing managers and building teams of 5+ people.
• Experience working as part of a global marketing team with execution across different regions.
• Proven ability to influence and guide the partner’s marketing leadership team to align on objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that demonstrate leadership capabilities.
• Experience shaping value proposition and messaging framework.
• Demonstrated experience in measuring and improving the ROI of marketing investments.
• Deep understanding of the user journey through and with a partner channel and funnel.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and operating model for the scale partner marketing organization across functions.
• Lead partner communications, events, and Partner Advisory Board programs.
• Develop global online and field events and a shared resource for regional execution.
• Oversee campaign content, partner journeys, MDF incentives, and partner programs.
• Coach and grow a high-performing team of partner marketers and senior relationships across stakeholders.
• Establish rigorous measurement and learning practices to drive customer acquisition and partner impact.
