Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Global Scale Partner Marketing leader to build and run a high-impact program with a global scope. You will define the operating model, lead a team of 6 plus 15–20 contractors, and drive partner communications, events, MDF programs, and partner journeys to accelerate demand.

You will influence senior partners and collaborate with global marketing, sales, and product teams to maximize ROI across regions, delivering scalable growth for Stripe’s partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant B2B partner marketing experience.
• 5+ years of direct people management, incl. managers and 5+ reports.
• Experience in a global marketing team with regional execution.
• Influence partner marketing leadership to align on objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication showing leadership.
• Shaped value proposition and messaging frameworks.
• Measured ROI of marketing investments across engines.
• Deep understanding of partner channel journeys and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and operating model for scale partner marketing org; define functions and governance.
• Lead to-partner communications, events, advisory board, and content strategy.
• Oversee online and field events; build an efficient regional event calendar.
• Develop partner journeys and MDF/incentive design to drive growth.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team and cross-functional relationships.
• Establish metrics and knowledge-sharing to improve customer acquisition and partner impact.
