Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced, creative marketer to lead Global Scale Partner Marketing, directing a global team and 15-20 contracted coordinators. The role defines operating and investment models for partner marketing across segments, with emphasis on ROI and cross-functional collaboration across GTM, product, and marketing.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant B2B partner marketing experience.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience, including managing managers and building teams of 5+ people.
• Experience working as part of a global marketing team with execution across different regions.
• Proven ability to influence and guide the partner’s marketing leadership team to align on objectives and deliver against joint marketing priorities and plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that demonstrate proven leadership capabilities and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience shaping value proposition and messaging framework.
• Demonstrated experience in measuring and improving the ROI of marketing investments through marketing engines.
• Deep understanding of the user journey through and with a partner channel and funnel, sales cycle and product lifecycle and their respective requirements on the partner marketing organization to drive attach, growth and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and operating model for the newly created scale partner marketing organization.
• Lead partner communications and value propositions aligned by partner type, with an editorial calendar and governance across teams.
• Lead strategy for Stripe’s flagship events, partner advisory board, and partnerships activities.
• Develop global online and regional event engine and a capacity model for events.
• Lead development of Partner co-marketing materials aligned to the campaign roadmap and optimize content via partner data.
• Develop partner journeys and MDF/incentive design to drive growth across product and sales segments.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of partner marketers and build cross-functional relationships.
• Establish rigorous measurement and learning practices for partner marketing and share insights broadly.
