Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Global Scale Partner Marketing leader to define and deliver a unified partner marketing function. You will lead a global team and a network of contracted coordinators, shaping strategy, events, communications, and MDF incentives that drive demand and partner growth.

You will partner with GTM, marketing, and product teams to maximize ROI, across partnered ecosystems, events, and campaigns, supporting Stripe’s mission and growth. 

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant B2B partner marketing experience.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience, including managing managers and teams of 5+ people.
• Experience in global marketing with execution across regions.
• Proven ability to influence partner marketing leadership and align on joint priorities.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience shaping value proposition and messaging for partner ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to measure and improve ROI of marketing investments.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, strategy, and operating model for the scale partner marketing organization.
• Lead and grow a global team of partner marketers and contracted coordinators.
• Develop and manage partner communications, events, campaigns, and MDF/incentive design.
• Drive partner program strategy and partner journeys across lifecycle.
• Establish rigorous measurement and learning practices to optimize ROI and partner impact.
