Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced, creative marketer to lead the Global Scale Partner Marketing strategy and team. You will be directly responsible for a global scale marketing team of 6, plus 15-20 contracted coordinators with a dotted-line reporting relationship.

This role will define the operating model, lead partner communications, events, partner advisory board, and campaign content. It will drive partner journeys, MDF incentives, and ROI-focused growth across segments.

Qualifications

15+ years of relevant B2B partner marketing experience.
5+ years of direct people management experience, including leading teams of 5+ people.
Experience in global marketing with multi-regional execution.
Ability to influence partner marketing leadership and align on priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication, with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Set vision, strategy, and operating model for the scale partner marketing org.
Lead and coach a global team of 6 marketers plus 15–20 contracted coordinators.
Develop partner programs, journeys, MDF programs, and incentive design.
Measure performance and share insights to drive customer acquisition and partner impact.
