Job summary

Woodward HRT/MPC seeks a Level 3 SAP Record to Report Analyst to support end-to-end RTR processes, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and tax integration. You will drive standardized, compliant, and scalable finance processes across a global template, partner with IT and business teams, and assist with go-lives and hypercare.

The role requires testing, master data readiness, and coordinating with multiple sites to ensure consistent finance operations and strong data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Record to Report processes and configurations across finance modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA global rollouts and testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for RTR processes.
• Coordinate system and integration testing, ensure traceability and quality.
• Design and implement finance solutions with cross-functional teams and global templates.
• Lead training and manage stakeholder expectations during changes.
• Own small-to-medium development efforts and mentor team members.
