Job summary

Woodward is seeking a Level 3 SAP Record to Report Analyst to support end-to-end RTR processes across global finance, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, controlling, close, and financial reporting.

The role partners with global business and IT teams to design, configure, test, and rollout SAP S/4HANA RTR capabilities aligned to a global template, including key integrations with upstream and downstream processes.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SAP Record to Report (Finance) processes focusing on margin analysis, product cost controlling, project systems, and PMMO.
• Experience with government accounting standards such as DCAA/DCMA, CAS, etc.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA global implementations or rollouts with functional testing, defect resolution, and hypercare across sites.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex system issues.
• Business process modeling to design and optimize processes with cross-module integration.
• Change management and training to drive adoption and manage requests for system changes.
• Documentation and traceability to ensure audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Independently elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements; define scope and options.
• Own documentation for projects; coordinate and execute system testing and UAT.
• Facilitate cross-functional design and implement solutions; configure modules and ensure alignment with standards.
• Lead training sessions and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and resolve complex platform issues; manage enhancements and bug fixes; mentor team members.
