Job summary
Woodward Inc. is seeking a Level 3 SAP Record-to-Report Analyst to support end-to-end SAP finance processes across GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and reporting.
You will partner with global business and IT teams to design, configure, test, and rollout RTR capabilities aligned to a global template, with emphasis on integration points and standardized processes. You will execute functional and integration testing, resolve defects, support master data readiness, and assist with cutover and hypercare
Qualifications
- Experience across Record-to-Report processes including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and close.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA RTR plus integrations with upstream and downstream processes.
- Ability to perform testing, defect resolution and support go-lives/hypercare.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; define scope with stakeholders.
- Own system testing, integration testing, and UAT for delivered solutions.
- Configure platform modules and ensure cross-module integration align to standards.
- Lead training sessions and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Support enhancements, bug fixes, and guide small-to-medium development efforts.
