Job summary

Woodward is seeking a Level 3 SAP Record to Report Analyst to support end-to-end RTR processes across G/L, AP, AR, fixed assets, taxes, and treasury within a global SAP S/4HANA environment. You will work with business and IT teams to design, configure, test, and rollout processes aligned to a global template.

The role emphasizes testing, defect resolution, data readiness, cutover, and hypercare during go-lives, with travel as required for ongoing multi-year projects and regional adoption support.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SAP Record to Report (Finance) processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA global implementations or rollouts.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and use data to support decisions.
• Experience with testing, defect resolution and hypercare.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Coordinate system and user acceptance testing.
• Configure modules and ensure cross-module integration.
• Lead training sessions and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and resolve platform issues; mentor team members.
