Job summary

Woodward seeks a skilled Level 3 SAP Record to Report Analyst to support end-to-end finance processes across RTR. You will partner with global business and IT teams to design, configure, test, and rollout SAP S/4HANA RTR capabilities aligned to a global template.

The role emphasizes testing, data readiness, cutover activities, and ensuring standardized, scalable processes. Travel is required for large multi-year projects and IT coordination.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SAP Record to Report finance processes.
• Experience with government accounting standards (DCAA/DCMA, CAS).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA global implementations/rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; define scope.
• Own documentation and coordinate system testing, integration, and UAT.
• Configure platform modules and ensure cross-module integration.
• Lead stakeholder training and manage expectations.
• Identify and resolve complex platform issues; support enhancements and debugging.
