Job summary

Woodward Inc. is seeking a SAP Record to Report Analyst to support end-to-end RTR processes across general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting.

You will partner with global business and IT teams to design, configure, test, and rollout SAP S/4HANA RTR capabilities using a global template. The role emphasizes cross‑functional integration, process standardization, and delivery of reliable financial data, with travel required for project phases and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Record to Report (Finance) processes.
• Strong knowledge of margin analysis and product cost controlling.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and testing.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements; define scope with stakeholders.
• Configure SAP RTR modules and ensure integration with other finance processes.
• Lead testing, defect resolution, and traceability across releases.
• Support cutover, go-live activities, and post‑go-live hypercare.
• Provide training and stakeholder communications.
