Job summary

Woodward HRT/MPC is seeking a Level Analyst to support end-to-end SAP finance processes across Record-to-Report, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and close activities. You will help ensure standardized, compliant, and scalable procedures regionally and globally.

The role partners with business and IT teams to design, configure, test, and roll out RTR capabilities aligned to a global template, focusing on integration with upstream/downstream processes and master data readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Record to Report finance processes and close.
• Knowledge of margin analysis and product cost controlling.
• Familiarity with PMMO, RAR, and integration with sourcing and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for RTR.
• Configure modules and ensure cross-module integration and traceability.
• Lead testing, defect resolution, and hypercare support post go-live.
• Support training and stakeholder communication for global adoption.
• Own small-to-medium development efforts and mentor teammates.
