Job summary

AlTi Global, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform Owner to lead our global Salesforce program from the New York office.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving delivery across CRM, integrations, data, and releases. You will partner with the Head of Global Wealth Management Technology and an external vendor to ensure scalable, production-ready solutions, manage risks, and maintain governance and quality across multi‑system environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology programs within financial services.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations end-to-end in wealth/asset management.
• Strong technical background with hands-on Apex, LWC, integrations, and data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Salesforce program across CRM, integrations, data, and releases.
• Lead vendor management with AlphaFMC and ensure delivery milestones are met.
• Oversee design, architecture decisions, and CI/CD practices for scalable solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements and manage risks, timelines, and quality.
• Establish governance, release planning, and thorough testing before production deployment.
