Job summary

Teradyne Robotics, a division of Teradyne, is seeking a Global Tech Lead for Salesforce to guide a distributed development team and optimize the Salesforce platform. You will lead by example in delivering secure, scalable solutions and ensure governance across the Salesforce environment.

You will mentor engineers, oversee integrations with external systems, and partner with product and business stakeholders to align the Salesforce roadmap with Teradyne’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years' experience in Salesforce.com development, including custom objects/fields, Apex and Visualforce.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture and data modeling.
• Experience designing secure, scalable integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft or Informatica.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
• Develop standard Salesforce interfaces and ensure system integrity.
• Guide the team through technical challenges and ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor team members and participate in hiring/training.
