Qualifications

• 8+ years of Enterprise/Salesforce Platform Administration or Systems Engineering.
• 5+ years of technical leadership and people management preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments; SAFe experience preferred; familiarity with Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of GreatAmerica’s Salesforce platform initiatives.
• Define and execute Salesforce admin strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee licenses, profiles, permissions, roles, sharing, security, data quality, workflows, and reports.
• Partner with IAM for access management and security controls.
• Evaluate third-party packages with vendors and stakeholders; drive integrations.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and monitor performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams on customizations and integrations.
• Maintain platform documentation and change logs; ensure data governance.
