Job summary

Altius Technologes, inc seeks a Salesforce Senior Technical Lead to drive end-to-end Salesforce initiatives for clients, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and complex integrations. You will mentor developers and ensure best practices in Apex, LWC, and CI/CD with Gearset.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize configurations, leverage Agentforce, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that boost sales and service effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce developer with Apex, LWC, Batch/Asynchronous modes, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Integrations & Agentforce.
• Sales Cloud, Agentforce, PD1 and PD2 certified.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development: drive design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Integrations: manage integrations leveraging APIs and middleware.
• Configurations: optimize Salesforce configurations.
• Sales Cloud & Service Cloud expertise: implement solutions for sales and service operations.
• Agentforce utilization: leverage Agentforce capabilities.
• Team Leadership: mentor and guide junior developers.
• Expert-Level Understanding: demonstrate expertise in Apex, LWC, and integrations.
• Best Practices Guidance: guide teams on best practices for configurations and customization.
• CI/CD Proficiency: showcase CI/CD processes using Gearset.
• Development: hands-on development in Apex, LWC, Integrations and advise on CI/CD framework.
