• Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, CS or related field.
• 10+ years leading enterprise CRM or Salesforce programs.
• Proven experience delivering Agentforce or similar multi-channel CRM initiatives.

• Own multi-year CRM and Agentforce roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Lead CRM CoE delivery, governance, data quality and integration architecture.
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and change management for North America.
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure customer experience excellence across Sales, Service & Marketing.
